David Clare
Maria Clare
David Clare, the founder and managing director of International Polymer Solutions has been in the industry for more than 30 years. He has extensive manufacturing experience having ran his own manufacturing facility for more than 15 years. He is qualified in both 6sigma and Kaizen and has used these skills to great affect during both his own time as an owner manager and with his clients.
David holds a masters with degrees both in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Chemistry. Finding the right material to find solutions to technical issues and problems is something we are incredibly strong in.
Maria Clare is a finance expert with more than 20 years experience both in Europe and the UK.
She has managed finance teams in companies of different sizes including some multinationals such as the Autojon Group and Petronas.
Together they have created fantastic partnership strategies throughout Europe and the locally to help build supply chains for customers, to source materials and to bring companies together.
Emma Gray
Emma is the head of sales and development for IPS. she is an experienced sales manager with a proven track record in the recycling and waste industry. Skilled in sales, waste management, environmental awareness, polymer recycling, and renewable energy.
Barbara Falorni
Barbara is International polymer solutions office administrator.
She has worked within the Uk and Europe, with broad experience in both purchase and sales
Joshua Clare
Joshua Clare is the lead designer for the company of IPS, including duties revolving towards media management, website creation, and advertisement.
He is also a major aspect of sample management and deliveries.
Lorenzo Mazzei
Lorenzo is the Administrator assistant, Europe included
